My perspective, though Midwest at heart, has been shaped by traveling to over 30 countries, broadening my worldview and deepening my ability to lead with adaptability, discernment, and care.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on system design, studying how systems are built, evolve, and break down. This sharpened my strength in abstract thinking — seeing possibilities before they exist and mapping the steps to bring them to life. I’ve opened four locations in three years at a fast-growing start-up, launched a brick-and-mortar restaurant in just six months, and within a single year led an organization through a transitional phase that stabilized sales after new services disrupted 67% of accounts, reduced labor costs by 27%, and strengthened company culture — ultimately positioning it for a successful sale.
