About Jess

I grew up in Minnesota, grounded in hard work, values, and resilience. While rooted in the Midwest, my perspective has been shaped by experiences far beyond it.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts and the core focus of my study was system design, where I studied how systems are built, evolve, and break down. I developed a strength in abstract thinking — seeing possibilities before they exist and charting the steps to bring them to life.

During college, as an ambassador for my school and through personal endeavors, I traveled to over 30 countries, broadening my worldview and deepening my ability to lead with adaptability, discernment, and care.

For over 10 years, I’ve partnered with founders and leadership teams spanning across diverse industries — from startups to legacy businesses — helping them navigate seasons of transition and growth.

I’m known for bringing calm, clarity, and momentum to challenging situations, providing structure when things feel chaotic and urgency when progress is needed.
