I grew up in Minnesota, grounded in hard work, values, and resilience — roots that have carried me through a career built in high-growth, high-pressure environments. My perspective, though Midwest at heart, has been shaped by traveling to over 30 countries, broadening my worldview and deepening my ability to lead with adaptability, discernment, and care.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on system design, studying how systems are built, evolve, and break down. This sharpened my strength in abstract thinking — seeing possibilities before they exist and mapping the steps to bring them to life. I’ve opened four locations in three years at a fast-growing start-up, launched a brick-and-mortar restaurant in just six months, and within a single year led an organization through a transitional phase that stabilized sales after new services disrupted 67% of accounts, reduced labor costs by 27%, and strengthened company culture — ultimately positioning it for a successful sale.
